Delivery

Making appointments
_ A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. No appointment is confirmed without the initial deposit.
_For appointments in hair salons, clients have the duty to come with clean, washed and detangled hair. otherwise, additional costs of $30 are imposed on him for additional service. The salon reserves the right to cancel appointments in the event of refusal.
_For any hairstyle, the customer has the duty to bring the elements necessary for their hairstyle (strands, weaves and etc.). The salon store only provides wigs and ponytails at the moment. Please go to the "Shop" tab to check the available products.
_Customers who purchase our wigs and ponytails have a 30% discount on the installation of this item only and once. and one free cleaning of the item.
*If you don't know what product to take to get your hair done, don't hesitate to call. your hairdresser will be able to guide you.
Cancellation and modification
_For any changes made at least 48 hours before the appointment, your appointment will be moved free of charge but no refund will be possible.
_ For any modification within 24 to less than 48 hours, an additional fee of $10 applies.
_For any change to a 24-hour month, a $20 fee applies.
-No refund is possible in the event of cancellation.
Delay
Delays are elements that penalize not only the institute but also the clients of future appointments. think about it
_ For any delay of 15-20 minutes, a fee of $15 applies.
_ For any delay of 20-30min, a fee of $30 applies.
_ For any delay of more than 30 minutes, the appointment is canceled.
Refund and return
_No refund is possible for opened Cosmetics products.
_any in-store purchase must be verified before the customer leaves. We do not reimburse any item damaged by the customer.
_Returns are only possible if there is a conformity error on our part and the item has not been damaged by the customer. Specific orders placed online will be verified with customers before dispatch.
